With proper care and maintenance, your refinished surfaces can provide many years of beauty and performance:

• Bathtubs, sinks, and showers: Typically 5–10 years, depending on usage. High-use fixtures, like sinks, may experience more wear than low-use areas such as a guest bathroom shower.
• Tile surfaces: Floor tile will generally wear faster than wall tile due to foot traffic and daily use.
• Countertops: With proper care, refinished countertops can last 10 years or more, maintaining their appearance and durability over time.

Following the recommended cleaning and maintenance guidelines will help maximize the lifespan of all your refinished surfaces.

To ensure we can work efficiently and protect your home, please clear all personal items from the work area. Bathtubs and countertops should be completely free of belongings so we have plenty of room to work safely.

Important Preparation Notes:

• Shower doors must be removed prior to our arrival.
• If you plan to replace any hardware (faucets, handles, drains) or your sink, these must also be removed beforehand.
• We will need electricity and lighting, access to water, and a climate-controlled environment (air conditioning or heat).
• A semi-sterile environment is required to ensure the best results for your refinished surfaces.

Following these steps helps us deliver a flawless finish while keeping your home safe and clean.

In addition to refinishing, we can repair chips, cracks, and scorch marks in your tubs, showers, or other fixtures. We also offer fiberglass repairs for bathtubs, showers, and other fiberglass surfaces, restoring both appearance and durability. 

Bathtubs: Refinishing typically takes about 5 hours, though additional time may be needed depending on the condition of the fixture.

Kitchen Countertops: Most countertops can be refinished in 1 day, with timing dependent on size and layout.

Overall, refinishing projects take significantly less time, create less mess, and cost far less than completely demolishing and replacing your fixtures or surfaces.

Surfaces are ready to use after 48 hours

Bathtubs: Our standard glaze colors are Pure White and Kohler White. Custom colors can be special ordered for an additional fee. Please note that custom orders may affect the project’s scheduling timeline.

Countertops: We offer over 40 color options for you to choose from, allowing you to find the perfect match for your space.

 Thanks to our highly skilled technicians and premium-quality products, most people cannot tell the difference between a new surface and one we’ve refinished.

• Sinks and tubs: Our finishes closely resemble porcelain, giving a smooth, durable, and natural look.
• Countertops: Refinished surfaces replicate the appearance of newly installed laminate or solid surfaces, providing a fresh, modern finish without the cost and disruption of replacement.

Here again, expertise and proper equipment make all the difference. 

As with any household or commercial-grade coating, there will be a light odor during the application process. However, we take every precaution to ensure your comfort and safety.

We use a professional-grade exhaust system designed to pull odors and dust directly out of your home through the nearest window.

Our exhaust system runs the entire time we’re working on your fixture and continues for several minutes afterward to clear the air. 

While a mild scent may linger briefly after we leave, it typically dissipates by the time you settle in for the evening.

For best results, we recommend keeping your bathroom exhaust fan on overnight and the door closed during the recommended drying period.

Just like any remodeling project, proper care is key to maintaining your refinished surfaces. We recommend using mild, non-abrasive cleaners and a soft cloth or sponge for routine cleaning.
